We are pleased to announce this year’s event is being held at The Chaffee County Fairgrounds, in Salida, Colorado.

Camping is available for all registered participants for a fee.

CAMPING IS ONLY FOR THE NIGHTS OF JULY 17TH – JULY 21ST.

Dry camp, no plug-in:
$15 per night, tents, campers, motorhomes, semi’s, trailers, etc.

RV Camping with 30 amp plug-in (20 spots available):
$30 a night, must be reserved thru online registration.

8am Camp Setup on Fairgrounds, Tent Camping, Campers, RV’s

10am RMIHR Setup – Volunteers Needed

Unload RMIHR Trailer, Building Set-up, Kitchen Set-up, Registration Set-up

12pm Scenic Drive to St Elmos – Hosted by Hoot Ranch & EnviroVac

with James Hoot, Jennifer Tucker & Brian Tucker

4:00pm – 6:00 pm Early Registration & Check in

6:00pm Meet N’ Greet – Hosted by Scoutville with Nick Feist

8:00am – 11:00am Registration and Check in

8:00am – 5:00pm Vendor Exhibits

8:00am – 10:00am IH Line up – once vehicle is lined up it cannot move till after 2pm
